Heads of establishments with 10 or more employees(permanent and temporary), are required to register the details of the internal committee constituted under the POSH Act 2013 on the website posh.wcd.kerala.gov.in. The POSH Act aims to prevent sexual violence against women and create a dignified and safe working environment for all women.

The number of complaints submitted by female employees of public/private institutions with fewer than ten employees and women working in the unorganized sector should be recorded on the portal by the officer appointed by the respective district collector. Information regarding the local committee and the report of the local committee should also be documented on the portal.
