The Election Commission has issued guidelines for making polling stations voter-friendly and ensuring infrastructure in connection with the conduct of Lok Sabha elections. Proper sign boards should be placed at polling stations to guide voters about the polling booths, available facilities, and voter assistance booths. These signs should be blue and white, displaying text in both English and Malayalam.
