As a part of the "Malinya Muktham Nava Keralam" campaign, the Education Department and the Suchithwa Mission are collaboratively organizing an Onam greeting card competition for students under the theme "This Onam for the Next Generation." The cards should be crafted using eco-friendly materials. Students from UP and High School classes in aided, unaided, and government schools are eligible to participate. Winners of the competition will be recognized at both state and district levels.

Students interested in participating should create an Onam greeting card employing nature-friendly materials and submit it to their class teacher on the first day following the Onam holiday, along with the signature of their parents. From these submissions, the top 3 cards in each category, UP and High School, from sub-districts should be forwarded to the District Suchithwa Mission office. Prizes will be presented to the best 3 cards at both the district and state levels. The first prize amounts to Rs. 10,000 at the state level and Rs. 5,000 at the district level.
