Hotels, bar hotels, resorts and event management groups should inform the excise department in advance when they hold special events such as DJ parties to prevent the use of illicit substances as part of Christmas-New Year celebrations.

CCTV cameras should be installed at the dance floor, entrance and exit point where DJ parties are held. Entry should be regulated by a pass. Information including the addresses of the participants should be recorded and kept.
