Those who have defaulted on contributions to the Kerala Tailoring Workers' Welfare Fund for up to ten years and those who have paid more than two installments have the opportunity to restore them. Membership can be reinstated by paying the outstanding contribution and a penalty of Rs. 5 per month in a maximum of three installments. Details are available at the Welfare Fund Office.
