Adalats will be organized for immediate disposal of Land Reclassification applications up to 25 cents in various Revenue Divisional Offices and Deputy Collector Offices in the state. Applications falling within the limits of each taluk will be considered in Adalat held on fixed days. Currently, 2,83,097 applications are pending. Due to the increase in reclassification applications, the responsibility for processing them has been shifted from 27 Revenue Divisional Officers to Deputy Collectors. At present, 71 offices are processing applications for conversion.
