The State Water Transport Department has launched an online pass-booking platform for differently-abled passengers using passenger boat services. Passes can be obtained via the website serviceonline.gov.in. To complete the application, a passport-sized photograph and a copy of the disability proof certificate must be submitted. For those with 30% to 70% disability, the fare is only 30% of the ticket. And those with disabilities above 70% will be allowed free fare.
