Kerala State Youth Commission is organizing an awareness short film competition based on the themes about mental health and physical fitness of youth, alcohol addiction, drug abuse, online frauds and cyber crimes.  Cash prize of Rs 20,000, 15,000 and 10,000 respectively will be given to the first, second and third positions. The duration of the short film is 10 minutes. The short film can be submitted on a pen drive along with the director's address by post or in person to the commission office at Vikas Bhavan by December 20.
