Opportunity for youth to attend and deliver a speech at a function organized in Parliament on October 2 to honour national leaders. The winner of the state-level speech competition organized by the Nehru Yuva Kendra will get a chance to speak in Parliament. Those who get selected in the district-level competition can participate in the state competition. Contestants must be between 18 and 29 years of age (as of October 1, 2023). To participate, contestants should upload a video speech of three minutes' duration in English or Hindi on the topic "Life Lessons and Legacy of Lal Bahadur Shastri" using the prescribed Google form by 15th September at 5 PM.
