The Department of Social Justice, in collaboration with the National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH), has undertaken an examination of entry-level positions in government departments to ensure that job reservation for differently-abled is implemented as per the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. In this regard, a draft for physical and functional assessment required for performing the duties of the posts has been published.
