The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation is pleased to announce that it is currently accepting applications for marriage loans to support the weddings of daughters belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. This program is aimed at families whose annual household income is less than ₹ 3 lakh, and whose parents are not over 65 years of age.

The loan amount may extend up to a maximum of ₹ 2.5 lakh and is repayable over a period of 5 years through 60 monthly installments at an interest rate of 7%. In accordance with the terms of the Corporation, applicants must provide official or property surety as collateral for the loan.
