Practical training in value-added products of tuber varieties will be organized, as part of the Agro Incubation for Sustainable Entrepreneurship project conducted by the Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development. The training includes sessions on innovative technologies in tuber crops that small entrepreneurs can start, product quality assessment, training on bakery products such as pasta noodles from tuber crops, legal aspects of business that entrepreneurs should know, financial assistance from banks, and sharing the experience of a successful entrepreneur.
The training will be conducted from January 3rd to 11th at the Central Tuber Crops Research Institute, Thiruvananthapuram. Applicants should pay Rs.1770 inclusive of the course fee, certification, food, accommodation, and GST.
