Applications are invited for admission to the Kerala Institute of Labour and Employment (KILE) IAS Academy for the year 2025-26. The program is designed to prepare dependents of construction sector workers for the Civil Services Examination.The minimum qualification required is a graduate degree. Final year undergraduate students are also eligible to apply. Dependents of workers registered with the Welfare Fund Board can avail of a 50% subsidy on the course fee.
