As part of the Malinyamuktham Navakeralam Janakiya Campaign, a centralized WhatsApp system has been introduced for the public to report illegal activities such as dumping, burning, and disposal of garbage. Citizens can now file complaints related to pollution directly to local self-governing bodies through WhatsApp at 9446 700 800. In addition, complaints regarding garbage heaps in public places can now be brought to the attention of the authorities through this number and seek redressal.
