Profile : Son of Shri.K.P.Parameswaran Pillai and Smt.M.G.Gourikutty, Shri.Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, was born at Thiruvanchoor on 26th December, 1949. Entered politics while a student became KSU State General Secretary in 1969.

He was elected to Kerala legislative assembly in 1991, 1996, 2001 and 2006 representing Adoor constituency. He was minister for Water Resources during 2004-06 period. He is now elected from Kottayam Constituency to the Kerala Legislative Assembly representing Indian National Congress.He is becoming Minister for the second time.
